This program is overseen by Recreation Coordinator, Rick Harris.  To obtain a registration packet for program enrollment, visit the West Central Community Center, Front Desk, during business hours:  Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - Noon & 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Completed registration applications must include medical forms, immunization records and emergency numbers.  Children are admitted on a first come, first serve basis.

The Before & After School Program is a licensed child care program developed in an effort to offer area parents affordable childcare and to give children ages 5 - 12 yrs a safe, fun and supportive environment to grow in.

We offer a mentoring based program in which our staff are chosen for their leadership qualities and ability to set a positive example for children.  Children are then encouraged to mentor each other and provide leadership, guidance and positive lifestyle choices.  This enables us to help children develop respect, self-esteem and to increase social skills.

• Pre-Registration is required, to include a $50 registration fee.

• Fees are $12 for half day (5 hours or less), $24 for full day (more than 5 hours).

• Discounted rates for multiple children are available.

• Scholarships for this program are available to eligible families and are based on income level.

• DSHS payment is accepted.

• Program runs Monday -  Friday, 6:30 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Open some school district closure days.

• Snacks are provided.

• Some field trips may require additional fees.
