FACILITY RENTALS
Looking for a place to hold your special event? Our facility is suitable for a variety of uses including business training, classes and seminars, auctions, birthdays, anniversary celebrations, weddings and receptions, banquets, sporting events, athletic classes and more. We provide tables and chairs, overhead projector with screen, TV/VCR and podium.
The Newton Lounge:
The Newton Lounge will accommodate up to 75 people and showcases the unique sculpture, 'Wind Spirit' by David Govedare, commissioned in 1980. Conveniently located, this room contains a counter and sink, is in close proximity to restrooms, and is perfect for a variety of functions.
Banquets for non-profits add an additional $30 per hour or 10+ table setup.

The Mason Auditorium:
The Mason Auditorium will accommodate up to 75 people and can be used for a variety of functions including public meetings, business training, retirement parties, dance class, wedding receptions and much more. The hard wood floors and mirrored walls lend themselves to a party atmosphere.
Business rate: $31 to $47 per hour depending on date and time. Non-Profit rate: $20 to $30 per hour depending on date and time. Banquets for non-profits add an additional $30 per hour for 10+ table setup. ____________________________________________________________________________ The Main Gymnasium:
Our gymnasium is the largest room available for functions. An attached
stage is perfect for entertainment and bands with space for music and/or
dancing. This room will accommodate approximately 300 people depending on
choice of seating.
Business rate: $63 to $84 per hour
depending on date and time.
Non-Profit rate: $25 to $35 per
hour depending on date and time.
Banquets for non-profits add an
additional $30 per hour for 10+ table setup.

The Celebrity
Conference Room:
The Celebrity will seat up to 12 people and works well for
meetings and business trainings. Equipped with Internet hookup, whiteboard
and screen. Conveniently located, this room is in close proximity to
restrooms.
Business rate: $17 to $23 per hour
depending on date and time.
Non-Profit rate: $15 to $20 per
hour depending on date and time.

The Courtyard:
The Courtyard is a brick tiered, open garden and is central to other rooms. The courtyard is available for summer events and is perfect for small outdoor weddings. Rented in conjunction with our other rooms. The courtyard will accommodate up to 80 people.
Business rate: Newton/Courtyard $70 per hour on weekends. Mason/Courtyard $80 per hour on weekends. Gym/Courtyard $100 per hour on weekends. Non-Profit rate: Newton/Courtyard $35 per hour on weekends. Mason/Courtyard $40 per hour on weekends. Gym/Courtyard $45 per hour on weekends. ___________________________________________________________________________Room reservations must be made in advance and a refundable damage deposit of $200 may be required to hold a room, depending on event. Rental payment is required 30 days prior to your event. If contract is drawn up with less than 30 days remains before event, payment is due day of contract signing. A flat fee ($50 for 100 people, up to $200 for 300 people) is required if alcohol is being served during your event. A Banquet Permit, obtained from the Liquor Control Board, is required if alcohol will be sold on the premises. A small kitchen is available to groups who use our facility in the evenings and on weekends for a flat $30 fee. We provide setup of tables and chairs for events, and room cleanup after the event. Decorations and/or food are the responsibility of the user and need to be removed prior to the end of the event. Time for decorating and organizing your event is included in the rental time of the user group. Banquets for non-profits add an additional $30 per hour.
